Q: Will my insurance pay for counseling?
A: Many forms of counseling are covered by insurance companies with a doctor’s referral. We do not bill insurance companies directly at this time. Check with your insurance company to see if you qualify for reimbursement.
Q: Will my information be kept confidential?
A: Absolutely. Under Colorado law, client / therapist communication is privileged information, which means your case cannot be discussed outside of the session unless authorized by you. (Certain legal exceptions to this will be explained to you during your first visit.)
Q: Do I have to pay for missed appointments?
A: Cancelations should be made 24 hours in advance to allow time slots to become available for additional clients. A $40.00 fee will be charged for missed appointments without timely notice.
