Alexis Young is a Marriage and Family Therapist intern at Parker Counseling Services. Prior to her internship, Alexis has a variety of experience working with special needs children and children recovering from trauma. As a Long Island native, Alexis loves the Colorado outdoors and especially the community of Parker where she has lived for 5 years. Alexis works with a variety of clientele including adults, children, families, and couples. As a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, she has special training working with families and couples to overcome patterns that keep them stuck in conflictual communication cycles. She can help you find out how you can feel closer in all your important relationships.
